There are 3 match ups still that need to take place and these won't be able to be held until Wednesday and Thursday of next week. We have a rule that says they need to be made up by Wednesday. Seeing how this is the last contest of the year and all 6 teams agree that these days would be the best for everyone, I felt that it would be best to extend this rule.
With that said, I am being pushed for time on plaques and jackets but will do my best to get everything to the picnic on time to hand out to the winning teams.
The "RED" division has called in all thier scores and I know the teams for the first 8 places. What I dont know is if any of the "WHITE" division teams will pass them so I can't post them until all games are completed.
So until Thursday night................hang in there!

Can they hold onto their lead?
The top teams in each division have a tough task ahead of them. They need to play hard to fend off the second place team while also watching what 3rd place is doing.
Third place can end up doing very good and jumping in front of two teams that split. May the better team win!
In the red division, Marty's Monsters have to beat The River Rats and also do well enough to hold back last years champions Hard Landings. This will be Mart's monsters first Championship if they can do it!
In the white division, JJ Twigs are a little closer to the top than The Rats are and have a better chance of taking over the top spot in that division. Two Baggers need to stay focused because Shooters took 10 huge points last week to really make things intersting.
An in the blue division, Westlanes Ringmasters have come alive and held the top spot and would like to keep a grip on it until the dust settles. They will have their hands full trying to deal with The Sliders as they are looking for first too. In 3rd place in this division is Four Horsmen who have to give a whopping 7 points handicap which will be very difficult to overcome.

Good luck to everyone tonight!
If you have been planning your wins and losses out the entire year, trying to get an exact spot in the ranking to try and secure a first place in your division, I hope everything has worked out for you!
Tonight is the night that will decide who will be in the top 3 spots in each division. Unless something drastic happens, a 5th place team has very little chance of being in the top 2 spots but you never know!!
Please get those scores in as early as possible so I can have the standings posted tonight.

Hello folks,
I am waiting for one more team to call in and I can get the standings in order. From what I see so far, we have a real barn burner in the "A" division. Thinks are tight and you will see the "Rats" vacaring first place possibly to the "The Monsters" soon.
I will get those results up as soon as I can. I have a very busy weekend that will be taking me away from my computer almost all of it so I will do the best I can to get them up.

Tight at the Top |

Welcome to the last 3 weeks of our season.
WOW!! Things are really moving fast and really bunching up at the top of the "A" division. We will have a good race to the first place spots in all the divisions. Don't give up because you never know what can happen in these match ups!
Keep those 2011 ideas coming as I am starting to prepare for next season already by getting those suggestions written down to discuss at our "Spring Meeting".

As we complete the 4th turn and head down the straight away towards the end of the season, please remember to log into our website and post any ideas or have your say in any of the topics that will be brought up at the Spring Meeting. I do believe that there is room for improvement in our rules through some tweaking and not full changes of some of them.
I just don't want people to be hearing about the new rule changes on the night of the meeting. I would rather have everyone well informed and ready to vote on any new changes.Let's hash it out in the forums and keep the meeting moving that night.
Let's talk big handicaps for this first week of division play.
There are two teams that have to give the full 12 points to their opponents. Those two teams are The River Rats and The Four Horsemen. That's pretty tough to do on inner division play. The teams receiving these very nice points are The Crew and Team Flash respectively.
There are two teams giving 10 points away and they are The Ringmasters and The Two Baggers. The teams receiving these 10 points are The Sharp Shooters and The Hitmen respectively.
The next highest handicap awarded to any one team is 7 points.
Moe-B-Dick's Sliders have a BYE week this week and will be receiving 7 points for their BYE.
